2.2 Users may access the product by choosing "Rapid Sports" within the Fruta navigation menu or by clicking on a "Rapid Sports" marketing tile on the Fruta home page. Additional access may come from various Fruta marketing initiatives like email marketing newsletters.
2.3 Each Event will offer Event-specific betting Markets referring to individual plays, Events and moments throughout said Event which players may bet on or interact with.
2.4 Users can join an Event fifteen (15) minutes prior to each scheduled match's start time or while the match is live. Users may also access any historical matches that they previously participated in by navigating to finished Events in the "Rapid Sports" Lobby.
2.5 Users can chat with other participating players by using the Chat Feature which is displayed on the main screen below the in-Event Betting Markets. All messages entered into the chat are displayed to all participating Users and are subject to chat moderation.
2.6 Users are subject to chat moderation enforced by an automated language monitoring system, and other moderation methods. Users who use foul language, harass, or intimidate other Users may result in said User being temporarily or permanently blocked from participating in the Chat Feature. Users who are blocked from using the Chat Feature may still access Events to bet on available Betting Markets. The temporary or permanent blocking of Users from the Chat Feature is at the sole discretion of Fruta.
2.7 Users are able to navigate between three (3) different screens within the product by either clicking on the navigational icons at the top center of each page or by swiping left or right from the main screen. It is important to note that swiping for navigational purposes must occur below the Market Card. The "Live Sports" product has 3 screens which are described below:
The main screen displays our Market Card(s) and Chat Feature. This screen is where Users are able to bet on available Betting Markets and chat with other participating players.
The My Bets page, which is accessible by swiping left from the main screen, is where Users can view all of their skipped Markets, wagers, and Betting result history on that specific Event.
The Leaderboard, which is accessible by swiping right from the main screen, is where Users can compare their activity against others who have placed bets on that match.
3. Bet Creation, Interactivity and Settlement:
3.1 Betting Markets and associated Odds are created by proprietary algorithms.
3.2 Each Betting Market will have two (2) possible options for Users to select from and Users can place their bet by either clicking on their chosen selection or by swiping on the Market Card in the direction of their chosen selection. Upon placing their bet, Users will be auto-prompted with a betslip where they are able to decide the amount of their current balance they wish to wager on each Market by clicking on plus and minus icons. The intervals by which a User can increase or decrease their wager, in addition to the minimum and maximum wager amounts for players, are at the sole discretion of Fruta and are each subject to change without prior written notice. Fruta also reserves the right to adjust wager intervals, minimum wager amounts and maximum wager amounts on individual player basis.
3.3 Users may choose to Skip any available Betting Market either by swiping up on the Market Card or by pressing the Skip button located in the top right corner of each "Market Card". Skipping a Market will result in User no longer being able to bet on the skipped Market.
3.4 Users may choose to view or bet on the Next available Market by pressing the Next button, located in the top left corner of each Market Card. Clicking the Next button will allow users to cycle through all available Markets. Contrary to the Skip function, if a User presses Next they continue to have the ability to bet on that Market if it remains applicable to the game.
3.5 Markets are settled using reliable Game Data associated with each Event. Game Data used for Settlement may vary on an Event by Event basis and is provided by dependable sources, which serves as the ultimate source of Settlement. Our sources of Settlement and data feed varies by sport, and we always use the most reliable league data available.
4. Edge Cases and Resolutions:

4.2 Injuries and Unforeseen Circumstances: In the case of injuries or unforeseen circumstances regarding players or teams, bets may be voided at the discretion of Fruta. If a bet is voided, users will have their original wager returned. However, the decision to void a bet in such cases is made on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision lies with Fruta.
